Kurayoshi Figure Museum is a sacred place for figures in Kurayoshi City, Tottori Prefecture. There are many figurines of dinosaurs, animals, anime heroes and popular characters on display there. Attractions
This museum is a three-story building and there are different exhibits on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors.
1st floor, special exhibition
On the 1st floor, you can see special exhibitions for a limited time only. The photo was taken during the “Super Dinosaur World” event. The impressive and realistic figures are amazing.
In addition, on the 1st floor, there are cute figures called Nendoroid (ねんどろいど), which are anime and game characters deformed into second-life figures.
Tottori Prefecture is the birthplace of the author of Detective Conan, so there are many exhibits of Detective Conan character figures.

This museum is originally an elementary school that has been renovated. For this reason, scenes from past elementary schools and school lunches are also on display. There are old textbooks in the desk, and materials from past independent research are posted on the walls. The scenery with the blackboard and chalk is just like an old elementary school, and it gives you a nostalgic feeling.
There are also exhibitions of “Hinabita (ひなびた)” related to Kurayoshi City on this floor.
